Do it, or some variation of “mystique" like character. Blue skin, or maybe color changing.

Like a shapeshifting chameleon, basically? Hmm, chameleons have long tongues… (the designs won’t necessarily be Paeratopa-related, but that doesn’t mean I can’t give ‘em long tongues anyway.)

I’ve always wanted to see a good doll/toy-like character design. Preferably a mix between like… Puppet, with strings and marionette-esc attributes… But pretty, like a Barbie or similar figurine. But to top it off, fleshy, and 'human’… Living. Not just an animated doll,…

For whatever reason, this reply shows up in my activity feed, but not on the actual post! Even though it’s still being counted in the notes. Weird.
But a doll-type character is something I’d love, actually, I just never could think of a good reason to make one (I like to give my characters backstories and explain their physiology, and it’s hard to explain a “living doll” sort of character). This “no backstories, just fun designs” challenge I’m trying to give myself should serve as a perfect excuse though, I just need to either work out how to modify my 3D models to have ball-joints, or draw/paint one instead. Or actually, maybe I can do a 3D character and then paint the ball joints… hmm…

Sounds like fun! That’d probably look awkward as hell in 3D though, so maybe some sort of drawing practice instead.

“I can do ANYTHING” sort of character? Hmm, that’d be fun… trying to figure out how to convey their appearance would be an interesting challenge. I guess technically, it could look like anything.
